1. Product Overview:
The negative electrode of Li-SOCl2 Battery is metal Li, and the interior positive active material and the electrolyte solution are both thionyl chloride. It has highest specific energy and specific capacity in all practically usable chemical power sources, is called a new energy system, and is widely applied to many modern electronic devices. The battery designed and produced by Forte adopts Forte patented technologies in design and manufacturing, so the performance of the battery can be optimized.
2. Main Characteristics:
a.High and stable working voltage
The standard voltage is 3.6V, and the working voltage is kept obviously stable in the whole service life; and more than 90 percent of battery capacity is output on a high-voltage platform with unchanged voltage.
b.Wide operating temperature range
It can be used at the temperature of -60℃ to 85℃。
c.High energy density
The specific energy of the Li-SOCl2 Battery produced by Forte is up to 430Wh/kg or 1,080Wh/L.
d.Longer storage life and higher reliability
It has a quite low self-discharge feature (the annual self-discharge rate is less than or equal to 1%), and adopts stainless steel shell and metal-glass sealing airtight welding structure, so the guarantee period of the battery is proved to be more than 10 years at room temperature.
e.High safety and non-pollution
It does not contain heavy metals such as mercury, cadmium and lead, so the environmental hazard is avoided.
